Breakfast Club
Here at Nelson Infant we offer a breakfast club, free of charge, for all children. Open from 7:45am Monday – Friday.
Our breakfast club aims to provide the highest standard of care in a secure and safe environment.
Children can choose from a range of breakfast options before participating in activities with our member/s of staff all of which have current DBS clearance.
Due to the high demand we have in place a booking system for our Breakfast Club – please complete and return the form below or contact the school office on 01603 620344 to request a place for your child.
AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
On the 18th April 2017 we opened our after school club which provides Wensum Junior School and Nelson Infant school children after-school provision from the end of the school day until 6pm.
Nelson children are collected walked to Wensum by a ‘walking bus’.
The children arrive at club and are offered a piece of fruit and have the opportunity to play with a variety of toys, read, do craft activities, homework, play games or they can play outside in our designated safe outdoor area. At 4.30 the children get together for a snack tea, which includes a choice of sandwiches, crackers, breadsticks, fruit, vegetables, and other options.
Sessions cost £8.00 per child which includes food and drinks.
